This strapping machine does the strapping in automatic mode. This machine is composed by mechanic, electric and pneumatic elements. The machine is very simple to manipulate for the operator and is also easy to do the maintenance.
To start running the machine, firstly it is necessary to introduce the strapping parameters into the control panel of the Strapping Machine. Once the strapping process is programmed, The Strapping Machine starts to carry out the strapping according to the indications received. In order to carry out the strapping, the strapping machine approaches the coils, performs the strapping and when it has finished the strapping machine returns to its starting point.
The machine performs the 41mm polyester strapping and the joint is by friction-vibration, guaranteeing the customer a resistance of 80% of the breaking load of the strap. This machine can be adjusted so that it can indistinctly strap with 41 mm polyester strapping and with thicknesses from 0,8mm to 1,52mm.
This machine can strap profiles, tubes, packages (rectangular, hexagonal, round), etc. without any problem. This head can also strap indistinctly with 32 mm polyester strap. |

The tensor of the head can tense the strip against the package to the desired pressure by the customer. This tensor can be regulated by the operator according to the characteristics of the package you want to strap.
It is also possible to adapt the strapping machine, doing some modifications to be able to works with 41 mm steel strap.
