This strapping machine can do the strapping with steel and polyester strap
simultaneously and interchangeably, it has two uncoiling, two accumulators and a strapping head. This machine adapts to customer needs in terms of measures of the coil which is going to be strapped.
With the 32mm polyester strapping the joint is by friction-vibration, guaranteeing the customer a resistance of 80% of the breaking load of the strap. With the 32mm steel strap the joint is by notch, guaranteeing the customer a resistance of 80% of the breaking load of the strap.
Once the strapping process is programmed, the strapping machine begins to perform the strapping of the coil which is prepared to strap. This strapping machine is located at a fixed point and its head has a vertical movement towards the coil that should strap. The coil is moved along the roller way and with a centering the coil is centered. After the coil is suspended to carry out the corresponding radial strapping. Once the first radial strapping is made, coil rotates automatically and get ready for the next strapping. Once the coil is strapped, is moves laterally to the end of the road roller.
