This strapping machine can do the strapping with steel and polyester strap simultaneously and interchangeably, it has two uncoiling, two accumulators and a strapping head. This machine adapts to customer needs in terms of measures of the coil which is going to be strapped, it is able to strap coils with a diameter from 600mm to 2400mm.

With the 32mm polyester strip the joint is by friction-vibration, guaranteeing the customer a resistance of 80% of the breaking load of the strap. With the 32mm steel strap the joint is by notch, guaranteeing the customer a resistance of 80% of the breaking load of the strap.

The tensor of the head can tense the strip against the coil to the desired pressure by the customer. This tensor can be regulated by the operator according to the characteristics of the coil you want to strap.

The head of the strapping machine approaches the coil to perform the first strapping, after removes half a meter to being possible for the strapping machine to move laterally depending the lengths introduced in the command table. After doing the strapping indicated by the operator, the head and the strapping machine returns to the initial position.

This machine is capable to perform each strapping in just 14 seconds.
