| Automatic Strapping Machine for the radial strapping of coils, with rotating movement of the coils |

Firstly, it is necessary to introduce the strapping parameters into the control panel of the Strapping Machine. Once the strapping process is programmed, the Strapping Machine starts to carry out the radial strapping of the coil that is ready for strapping. Once it has completed its first strapping, the coil will rotate the degrees indicated by the operator in order to carry out the second strapping of the coil and so forth until the strapping indicated by the operator has been carried out. This Strapping Machine is situated at a fixed point and the coil has a rotary system for each strapping. When it has finished all radial strapping, the coil will return to the strapping line.
Clamping carried out with the steel strap uses engraving and it can hold a load of up to 3000 kg per strapping. Depending on the characteristics of the coil that requires strapping, this Strapping Machine is designed so that it can strap with 32 mm polyester strapping. The sealing made by the Strapping Machine with the polyester strapping is through engraving and friction simultaneously.
The tightening device of the strap head can tighten the package to the tension required by the client. This device can be regulated by the operator in accordance with the package to be strapped.
This Strapping Machine can strap coils of different sizes easily.
