Firstly, it is necessary to introduce the strapping parameters into the control panel of the Strapping Machine. Once the strapping process is programmed, The Strapping Machine starts to carry out circumferential strapping in different measurements according to the indications received. In order to carry out circumferential strapping, the Strapping Machine makes lateral movements at the distances programmed by the operator. When it has finished all circumferential strapping, the Strapping Machine returns to its starting point. Then the Strapping Machine makes a 90o turn so that it is at the front of the coil. Once the Strapping Machine is in position, the strap head starts to carry out the corresponding radial strapping. It is a rotary head and it can strap the coils at 120o in either direction. When it has finished all radial strapping, the Strapping Machine returns to its starting point to let the coil out. Clamping carried out with the steel strap uses engraving and it can hold a load of up to 3000 kg per strapping. This machine can be adjusted so that it can indistinctly strap with 32 mm polyester strapping. The tightening device of the strap head can tighten the package to the tension required by the client. This device can be regulated by the operator in accordance with the package to be strapped. Barely needs 18 seconds for each strapping.
