This automatic strapping machine can strap with steel and polyester strapping simultaneously and indistinctly. Both steel and polyester straps used in this strapping are 32 mm.
This Strapping Machine has two types of strapping in order to suit different types of packages, profiles, tubes, etc., which have distinct features, weights and sizes.
First, it is necessary to introduce the strapping parameters into the control panel of the Strapping Machine. Once the strapping process is programmed, the Strapping Machine starts to strap the packages. The Strapping Machine has lateral movement so that strapping can be carried out at the distance required by the client. In turn, the strapping heads are movable so that both steel and polyester strapping can be carried out simultaneously.
Clamping carried out with the steel strap uses engraving and it can hold a load of up to 3000 kg per strapping, and clamping carried out with the polyester uses friction and it can hold a load of up to 1600 kg per strapping.
The tightening device of the strap head can tighten the package to the tension required by the client. This device can be regulated by the operator in accordance with the package to be strapped.
This Strapping Machine can strap tube or section bar packages of any size easily and barely needs 12 seconds for the strapping. |
