This Strapping Machine can use steel and polyester strap simultaneously, as it has two strap dispensers and two strap stores. This machine adapts to the customer's requirements as far as the size of the reels to be strapped is.
The Strapping machine advances towards the reel to perform the first strap and then withdraws half a meter so that the reel can be rotated according to the strapping distance programmed from the control panel. Once all the strapping has been performed, the head returns to its initial position.
In this video, the Strapping Machine it's working to a velocity of the 30%, so that, the client can appreciate the movements with more clarity. This machine is capable of carrying out a strapping in 14 seconds. |
