Strapper for 19 mm tempered straps. The package is supported on the table, and from the control station, the number of bindings is programmed and the distance between one product and the next.
This strapper can strap, with or without a pallet, any type of material like bundles of tubes, profiles and folded plates, etc. The entire process is carried out automatically.
This Strapping Machine can use steel and polyester strap simultaneously, as it has two strap dispensers and two strap stores. This machine adapts to the customer's requirements as far as the size of the package to be strapped is concerned.
The feed head moves vertically and once the number of straps has been programmed, the package advances over a roller bed in order for longitudinal straps to be applied. Then the package withdraws and is rotated 90o before advancing again for the corresponding cross straps to be applied. Once the entire strapping operation has been performed, the package leaves the Strapping Machine via a roller bed.
In this video, the Strapping Machine it¨s working to a velocity of the 30%, so that, the client can appreciate the movements with more clarity. This machine is capable of carrying out a strapping in 16 seconds. |
